AI Product Manager

I build products users love to use. AI is how I get there.

An AI product manager who keeps the user at the centre of every decision. I've shipped generative-AI platforms at enterprise scale, and I build with a designer's read on what users actually adopt.

Product work across enterprise, consumer, and agritech

How I work

A few convictions I don't compromise on.

01

The user comes first

Adoption is earned, not assumed. Research and design instinct keep me anchored to real user needs, so what ships gets used, not just admired.

02

Trust is a product requirement

Privacy, compliance, and safety aren't cleanup work; they're constraints I design for from the first sketch. Data residency, PII protection, and sensible guardrails, treated as features users can rely on.

03

Built to scale

I think in systems, not screens. The products I own hold their shape across many customers and markets, and across many providers when the work involves AI.

Selected work

Where judgment meets delivery.

The professional work: enterprise product craft at Sprinklr, alongside the things I build on my own for the satisfaction of taking a problem end to end.

AI SafetyCompliancePrivacyTrust

Making enterprise AI safe to adopt

Configurable safety and privacy controls, from injection defence to sensitive-data protection, that let regulated customers switch on generative AI with confidence.

  • Adopted across generative-AI use-cases for 1,400+ enterprise customers
  • Benchmarked against industry standards, with strong measured accuracy
  • Sensitive data protected before it ever reaches a model, then restored cleanly
Under NDA
PlatformStrategyScaleCompliance

One platform, every provider, compliant by design

A single product surface over many AI providers, so customers keep their freedom of choice without ever compromising data residency or compliance.

  • Phased, zero-downtime migration for 200+ enterprise customers
  • GDPR and EU data-residency honoured across regions
  • Less vendor lock-in, and more room to choose the right model for the job
Under NDA

The full story, with the decisions, the trade-offs, and the detail, sits behind a confidentiality agreement. I'm glad to walk a hiring team through it directly.

Point of view

Naming a problem has never been enough for me.
The work worth doing is solving it,
and building the answer with care.

Strategy, design, and judgment are the constants. AI is simply the sharpest tool I bring to them.
